BOX OFFICE Our Box Office is located at the theatre and is open about 1 hour before each performance for purchase of tickets for that night's show. We do sell out from time to time, so get your tickets early!
NO SERVICE FEES will be added to your order if you purchase tickets in-person at the box office. You may also purchase tickets online at this website. Simply click on the "BUY NOW" button (in the left side panel at the bottom). A service fee is added to the purchase price for every ticket and tickets will be mailed to you if the show date is more than 4 weeks away. Finally, the CUSTOMER SERVICE/UNITED WAY kiosk in the Oshawa Centre can also assist you with any orders. An online service fee will apply, and Oshawa Little Theatre donates a portion of that fee to the United Way.
SUBSCRIPTIONS (Seasons tickets) Details about our current season (October 2012 - June 2013) can be found in the Plays & Shows section. Subscription Packages typically go on sale from the middle of March to September. One low price guarantees a seat to all 4 shows. We are now accepting pre-orders for our 2013/14 Season. Click here to start the process. Season Subscribers will be given the opportunity to Add-On Shows such as the Youth Group musical (May/June) at a reduced rate. You will also receive a Quarterly E-newsletter of upcoming events & news about the theatre. All tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
EXCHANGES Exchanges are available for our regular Season Subscribers & Members ONLY. NO EXCHANGES are available to the New Thursday Promo Subscribers, as stated on the 2012/13 Season Brochure. We are happy to exchange tickets although this can only be done in person at the box office before your reserved show night. A small service charge will apply.

Prices for all other shows and events will be posted. Student Rates - are available for any OLT production at half price of the regular ticket price. Tickets must be purchased in-person at the box office & the ticket is stamped to confirm the student rate. "Student" is identified as highschool age or younger & students may be asked for school ID at any time. ** Please note that some shows are not suitable for children, parental discretion is advised. Group Rates - are available upon request. Minimum group must be 20 individuals for the same show date. Please make an early request directly at the box office, via email or by telephone. Group sitting in the same area is subject to availability. OLT reserves the right to modify ticket prices.
ON-LINE TICKETS You can purchase tickets online right up until approx. 2:00pm of the showdate. After this, any remaining tickets can be purchased in-person at the theatre box office one (1) hour prior to curtain time. A convenience fee is charged per ticket, and no refunds are available once the transaction is confirmed. Individual tickets are on sale for our current season.
METHODS OF PAYMENT We accept Cash, Interac, Visa, MasterCard at the box office. To purchase tickets online we accept Visa & MasterCard only. To purchase refreshments and snacks during intermission we accept cash only.
